By using BonPay, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Business use
BonPay is provided for lawful business use. You are responsible for how your business records, customer information, and account access are managed.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that happens through your account.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans may renew on a monthly or yearly basis depending on the subscription selected in the app. Billing behavior and plan access are subject to the active subscription state.
5. Service limitations
BonPay is provided on an as-available basis. We aim for reliability, but we are not responsible for business decisions made solely from information displayed in the platform.
